Fitness walking guru Leslie Sansone returns with a series introducing viewers to the basics of the newest fitness and wellness trends. Each program offers quick, simple instructions and step-by-step workouts. Sansone uses a "progressive practice" method that allows viewers to build on introductory moves as they work their way to overall fitness. This program focuses on the upper body and abdominals. All exercises require the use of a stability ball and are designed to be practiced two to three times per week. Sansone teaches the basics of the stability ball, then introduces a core workout section that firms the abdominals and back, as well as an upper-body section that strengthens the arms, chest, and shoulders.
