Fitness expert Leslie Sansone leads this series of two walking-based fitness programs, increasing the heart rate to help support cardiovascular health, through a series of low-impact moves that are easy on the joints. The first 20 minute workout spans a mile, while the second 30 minute workout spans two miles - all made to be performed while walking in place.
