Synopsis by Robert Firsching
This unfortunate sex-comedy from prolific director Jesus Franco (here using the pseudonym "Clifford Brown") is set in 1915 Central America, where some prostitutes hide a rebel leader, Carlos Ribas (Fred Williams) in a brothel. Invading government troops take the girls prisoner, and they escape to a convent, where they assume the identities of nuns. Lina Romay, Olivier Mathot, and Monique Delaunay co-star in this remarkably unamusing film, which reaches its low point in a perverse Latin mass substituting sexual terms for the liturgy. Franco regulars Monica Swinn, Ramon Ardid, and Caroline Riviere are also among the cast.
