Synopsis by Dan Pavlides
Three soldiers from separate armies are thrown together when they are separated from their units during the Battle of the Bulge. An American, a Belgian, and a German soldier are caught in the crossfire of the raging conflict. They huddle together in a valiant attempt to survive the hail of gunfire. A scene depicting a foul-mouthed general giving the U.S. Senators a tour of the battlefield seems unnecessary and out of place to the central plot. It seems to have been added as an afterthought to pad the length of the feature. Despite the superfluous scene, the film is a grim, well-made war drama of three men thrown into a situation no one imagined would ever happen.
