Fitness queen Leisa Hart (of Buns of Steel fame) returns with a new two-part personal training system called Gym in a Box. Designed to let viewers choose from a variety of individual exercises and combine them into a complete workout, each program is customizable for the specific fitness goals of the user. The second program, My Personal Trainer, is a complete lifestyle and fitness routine that includes three complete nutrition plans, motivational tips, and a weekly workout schedule. The 30-minute Fat Blast burns up to 300 calories per session, 10-minute toning segments work the upper and lower body along with the abdominals, while additional 10-minute Pilates and Yoga segments help strengthen and rejuvenate the body. A workout mat and 3-8 pound hand weights are recommended.
