Kicked out of his home by his wife, Lee (Lee Evans) makes his way his way to his best friend Stuart's (Steve O'Donnell) home. Due to a fiery mishap on Lee's part, the two wind up spending the night in a car. Looking for a more comfortable place to hang their hats, they make plans to rent space from reformed party girl Heather (Sophie Thompson). Lee tries to calm his accident-prone ways, but he does a fair amount of damage when he's left alone in the house. After further mishaps, an eager realtor manages to lob the trio together in Heather's home. For better or worse, the awkward trio will be living together under one roof. The stage is set for loads of future mayhem.
