Co-written and directed by Valdimar Jóhannsson, this mysterious drama is set in Iceland and follows the story of Maria (Noomi Rapace) and Ingvar (Hilmir Snaer Gudnason), a couple who has been living on a faraway meadow farm, trying to cope with being childless. However, when one of the ewes in their herd gives birth to a strange lamb creature, the couple cares for it as if it were their own child. Soon, they will find out that the newborn will bring something else to their relationship. Co-starring Björn Hlynur Haraldsson.
