A young family comes face to face with the paranormal after purchasing a beautiful new home in a gated community in this supernatural shocker based on actual events. An upscale subdivision filled with friendly faces, Laddaland seemed like the perfect place for an ambitious professional like ambitious marketing manager Thee (Saharat Sangkapreecha) to start a family. But shortly after moving into the new home with his wife Parn (Piyathida Woramuksik), their young son Nat (Apinya Sakuljaroensuk) and their adolescent daughter Nan (Suthatta Udomsilp), reports of a Burmese maid who once lived in the house being brutally murdered cast a dark spell over the quaint neighborhood. Now Nan is seeing ghosts, but no one will believe her. As tensions in the household spike to an all-time high, something not-of-this-world descends upon the household, forcing the parents and children alike into a desperate battle for their very souls.
