Synopsis by Clarke Fountain
Highly sexually repressed Mary (Susana Gimenez) is interested in Cholo (Carlos Monzon) but will not dally with him without being married. However, once they are married, all the stops come loose but one: she suffers unbearable guilt for her urges. Gradually, she falls into madness and visions and kills Cholo. Actor Carlos Monzon was a well-known professional boxer, and this Argentine melodrama showcases him well in his first film.
