In this 2009 stage production, Barcelona's Gran Teatre del Liceu mounts composer Vicent Martin i Soler and lyricist Lorenzo Da Ponte's 1787 two-act dramma giocoso L'arbore di Diana. It stars Laura Aikin as Diana, Michael Maniaci as Amore; Ainhoa Garmendia in a triple role as Ginio 1, Ninto 1 and Britomarte; and Marisa Martins in a triple role as Clizia, Ninta 2 and Ginio 2. Co-stars include Charles Workman (Silvio) and Steve Davislim (Endimione). The Orquestra Simfònica del Gran Teatre del Liceu lends musical accompaniment under the baton of Harry Bicket, Francisco Negrin helms, Rifail Ajdarpasic and Ariane Isabell Unfried designed the sets, Louis Désiré did the costumes and Thomas McManus created the choreography.
