Synopsis by Hal Erickson

We're back to The Seven Samurai in 1982's Kung Fu Master. Beleagured Japanese farmers hire a band of mercenaries to protect them from rampaging war lords. This time the protagonists are martial arts experts, rather than Samurai warriors. The Cliff's Notes scriptwriting is secondary to the film's well-mounted action sequences. Yangzi and Pi Li Lee star in this 90 minute fightfest.
