Synopsis by Rob Ferrier

Perhaps best-known for his soundtrack to the series The Silk Road, the career and work of new age composer Kitaro encompasses a wide array of sounds and textures. This tape features an interpretation of Kitaro's music by Kochi Tamano and the Harupin-Ha Butoh Dance Theater. Songs include "Magma," "Mercury," "Sitara," "Nageki," "Beam Wave," and "Uranus."
