In the follow-up to the 2018 film, Rocky (Yash) has taken control of the Kolar Gold Fields. His name inspires his followers and strikes fear into his detractors. As he wards off threats from every angle, Rocky must prove that he is as powerful as they come. Rocky must deal with Adheera (Sanjay Dutt), a worthy adversary and terrifying foe.
