Renowned fitness expert and personal trainer Keli Roberts takes some of the more intensive circuit training exercises out of the gym and brings them to you with this 60-minute high-impact intermediate to advanced workout video, part of the Real Fitness series. The exercises on this video will help you tone and condition both your lower and upper body muscles, improve and strengthen your back and your posture, and also burn calories through aerobic movements, including squats and lunges. In this workout, Roberts combines both isolated toning exercises, which target one specific muscle at a time, with compound exercises, which focus on a series of muscles in one area of the body. There are some step movements that focus on the lower body muscles of the legs and thighs and some exercises using a flexible band and dumbbells that also target specific areas.
