The clothes might have changed, but the concepts are the same. Kathy Smith was just getting started in the instructional video field when she released Body Basics. Aerobics was all the rage as a fast way to get in shape. Amazingly, Smith's version of low impact exercises has stood the test of time. She fulfills a promise to tone and tighten with easy steps and energetic instruction. Viewers might find the music and setting dated, but Smith herself holds up well.
