Self magazine calls Kari Anderson the best choreographer in the business. In Kari Anderson: Danceworks she enlists eight professional dancers from the Pacific Northwest Ballet to design and demonstrate one of her most original and challenging workouts. Emphasis is placed on dance-oriented cardio work followed by muscle conditioning floor work. Combining 40 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of floor work, the program is designed for intermediate to advanced participants.
