This exercise video with fitness expert and instructor Kari Anderson is an advanced step workout and is specifically designed for a person seeking a more intensive, higher impact step workout. The major routines are a resistance and stretching segment and a series of exercises devoted to toning and firming the abdomen. For this intensive abdomen routine, Anderson uses a Dyna-Band, which also helps condition your upper body. This band targets each specific exercise to that part of the body for a more concentrated effect.
