Synopsis by Eleanor Mannikka
Barbarism rides again in this shoddy Turkish Western where a blood feud is about to eliminate entire families. The fighting starts when one tribal leader rides in to visit a rival clan and while there, he is mortally offended when they cut off his horse's tail. His reaction, apparently inspired not just by testosterone but by tribal law, is to kill his horse and then murder his host as well. This sets off a series of attacks and counter-attacks where revenge is the sole motivation for the bloodshed. Feminists or not, most people would take offense at the casual way in which the hero's wife is murdered on his orders, a culturally acceptable act which receives no hint of criticism in this film.
