Legendary yoga expert Kali Ray created and developed the TriYoga method as an inspirational merging of body, mind, and spirit. Intended to harmonize body movements, reduce stress, and improve strength and circulation, the system caters to yoga enthusiasts of all ages and levels. Strengthening focuses on gently and effectively increasing strength in all areas of the body. The workout is divided into two sections. The first section contains a series of continuously flowing postures that promote strength and circulation in the upper body. The second series focuses on movements that help build strength in the hips, legs, and feet while improving circulation in the entire lower body.
