Free the Hips focuses on the lower body, with emphasis on enhancing fluidity and vitality in the hips, pelvis, legs, and feet. The specially designed movements encourage the hips to move in ways that progressively increase strength, flexibility, and circulation. The program is divided into ten segments; users can work on sections individually or combine them for one 60-minute workout.
