Synopsis by Hal Erickson
This British children's program utilized cut-out characters made from fuzzy felt. Jungle Ted, a miniature Tarzan, moved only his arms and legs, but this was sufficient for him to hold court over his animal friends, the Lacy Button Poppers (suffice to say that these characters were not arbitrarily named). The series was shown at teatime, often as a companion piece for the kid-vid favorite Horse in the House. Jungle Ted and the Lacy Button Poppers was first telecast circa 1978.
