Although their pilots were killed, chapter two of Jungle Queen) reveals that American secret agents Bob Elliott (Edward Norris) and Chuck Kelly (Eddie Quillan), as well as the British Pamela Courtney (Lois Collier), all escaped unharmed from the airplane crash. At Tong-Gara, the main village of the Tongghili Tribes, the new Judge, Godac (Clinton Rosemond), is naming three possible candidates for his successor, among them Maati (Napoleon Simpson), who is secretly in the employ of Nazi agents Lang (Douglass Dumbrille) and Dr. Elise Bork (Tala Birell). But before he can make up his mind, "the woman who walks through fire," Lothel (Ruth Roman, arrives with a warning. "There are enemies in the Middle Jungle," the white Jungle Queen declares. "Choose the one who know of no strangers. Choose Kyba!" Bob and Chuck, meanwhile, awaken to find themselves at the mercy of native warriors. They are saved in the nick of time by Lothel but Pamela is not so lucky. A captive of the tribesmen, the girl is tied up right in the path of some very hungry-looking stock footage crocodiles.
