Synopsis
Joey tries to muster up the courage to say the three little words that could keep Sara from taking a job in Washington. Meanwhile, Alex fails to find anything funny---at all---after realizing that she's a divorcée. Thankfully, Michael's ill-fated romance with a woman twice his age helps her laugh again.
