Synopsis by Sandra Brennan
Former New York Yankees Manager Joe Torre was one of the team's more colorful figures. This made-for-cable drama chronicles events from his extraordinary life. The tale culminates with the 1996 season during which Torre Paul Sorvino) not only had to get the Yanks through the play-offs but also worked to find a match for his proud and ailing brother Frank (Robert Loggia) so he could undergo a heart transplant.
