Synopsis by Hal Erickson
In order to get his hands on an inheritance, a schemer arranges to have the rightful heir, a young girl, adopted by a family of circus performers. The girl grows up to become an accomplished bareback rider and aerialist. Her specialty is a death-defying high-wire act, in which she rides a bicycle along a wire suspended over a raging river. The girl's nemesis, who fears that she will learn her true identity and try to claim her fortune, tries to arrange a convenient accident. Fortunately, she is saved by her boyfriend, who with the help of a faithful family servant exposes the villain's perfidy.
