Synopsis by Jason Buchanan
Director Meul O. explores a dark chapter in Korean history in this period drama set during the 1948 Jeju Massacre. Terrified upon learning soldiers have been ordered to shoot them on sight, over 100 villagers seek sanctuary in a nearby cave. Over the next 60 days, the villagers struggle to stay hopeful despite dropping temperatures, and dwindling food supplies. Meanwhile, their growing fears drive them to desperate measures.
