In this Iranian comedy, it becomes clear that Inspector Clouseau has spread his legacy far and wide. In the story, Ateneh Faghi Nassiri plays a man who is as cagy as he is clueless. No matter what bizarre accident befalls him, he continues bumbling along from one disaster to another until finally success is his - as he knew it would be, all along. In this film, he is a street vendor who wants to win the hand of a pretty neighbor. Further he hopes that, with her help, the two of them will be able to pulls something off which will enable them both to pay the rent on their apartments, something neither of them has been able to do separately. His efforts in this direction cause him to be embroiled in the attempts of a gang of petty thieves to pull off a big heist at a bank. By mistake, they give him a stocking mask too thick to see through, and he must rely on the kindness of the bank's customers to make it to the teller's booth.
