Synopsis by Clarke Fountain
Jana is a tough young juvenile delinquent being held at a juvenile prison, and to show off among her peers, she bets them that she can seduce a new inmate, a fifteen-year-old boy named Jan, in record time. She wins the bet, but in the process, the two extremely immature youths fall in love with one another. Jana gets little sympathy from her peers for this particular woe and gets less when she becomes pregnant; all of them counsel an abortion. She tells Jan that he might become a father if she doesn't have an abortion, and he punches her for even considering an abortion. By some miracle, since an effect of the punch was that she fell down the stairs, she is still pregnant. As everyone listens on the radio and via rumors about the reunification of Germany, the two of them plan to escape from their imprisonment.
