Synopsis by Dennis Proctor
Jan & Dean hit it big in the early-'60s with their good-time rock & roll inspired by suntans, surfboards, and dead man's curve. The duo has been recognized for their part in shaping '60s pop culture, and continues to hold a significant place in the history of rock & roll. This 2000 release sees the estranged pair reunited for a comeback performance, which includes "Dead Man's Curve," "Surf City," and "The Little Old Lady From Pasadena." During the finale, Jan & Dean are joined by two members of the Turtles for a rendition of "Happy Together."
