For this third and final installment of the girls-with-guns series Angel -- directed again by Teresa Woo San -- Elaine Lui opts out leaving Moon Lee the last of the original trio in the first movie. The film opens with the top secret Angel organization learning that Libya's General Qaddafi has rubbed out a numerous of important diplomats. Soon Moon and Alex are on the scene. While Moon infiltrates the den of assassins by posing as a Japanese hired-gun, Alex hits the streets of Bangkok looking for clues with his local handler Kwai. Moon's cover gets blown and she is forced to fight her way out of the secret terrorist hide out. Alex, in turn, finds himself suckered into joining a Thai kick-boxing match. When they learn that the evil-doers plan to massacre dignitaries in a high-class garden party, the two strap on rocket packs and come to the rescue.
