Synopsis by Jonathan Crow
Lo Kin spins this bloody Category III crime thriller. The film opens with notorious crime boss Spitfire (Chin Siu-lo) and straight-laced Chou Hsiao-lung (Ngai Sing) being dragged into the police station for separate misdemeanors. Handcuffed together after a scuffle, the two are branded accessories when an assassin bursts into the station and starts unloading his weapon. The two flee the scene with Spitfire's moll Anna (Chan Wing-chi) in tow. Trying to flee the colony, Spitfire is betrayed left and right by his crime associates. Meanwhile, corrupt Superintendent Yeh (Yip Wing-cho) who has a major beef with Chou after he seduced his daughter, is scouring the streets of Hong Kong for them. Yet Yeh has some trouble of his own; the internal affairs office is busily assembling enough evidence against Yeh to have him removed.
