Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Dr. Claw and his agents take over an "ultra-luxury" cruise ship crammed with the wealthiest and most influential people on earth. Inspector Gadget is dispatched to prevent Claw from stealing the passengers' valuables--providing he lives long enough to board the boat.
