When an ailing, bitter old woman dies and leaves all of her earthly possessions to her beautiful caretaker, what seems like a blessing soon turns into a terrifying curse in this thriller that's sure to rattle the nerves. When Mrs. Baker (Marjorie Nelson) finally succumbs to the ailments that have rendered her helpless and immobile, her loyal servant Abbey (Jen Taylor) is shocked to discover that the wealthy but embittered lady has left her all of her earthly possessions. As Abbey attempts to settle into her new and unexpected life, she begins to feel the influence of the malevolent Mrs. Baker slowly seeping into every aspect of her personality. Has the history of mental illness that plagues Abbey's family finally caught up with her, or could it be that she has actually fallen prey to the restless spirit of her diabolical employer? As Abbey's grip on sanity slowly begins slipping, she must grasp to some memory of her former life is she is to solve the mystery and discover the true cause of her apparent mental deterioration.
