Synopsis
Young people discuss their fears of a nuclear holocaust in this antinuclear documentary that was nominated for a 1984 Academy Award for best achievement in documentary short subjects. Comments by children, who range in age from 6 to 18, are interspersed with films of the aftermath of the Hiroshima atomic detonation in 1945 and U.S. atomic tests conducted in the 1950s.
