Synopsis by Clarke Fountain
For almost ten years, Pedro blocked the disappearance of his politically active older brother out of his mind and carried on with his life as if it hadn't happened. Now it is 1983, and the events of 1975 have begun to haunt him. He can no longer leave the past in the past and begins digging for answers. At first he confines his quest to his father and family members, but before long he has begun pulling strings (official and otherwise) to find out answers. However, Chile is still not the safest place in the world to kick over such ant's nests, and he begins to fear for his safety. As he becomes more and more involved in recollecting what his brother meant to him and how he admired him, he becomes more reconciled to who he is and what he has done himself.
