Synopsis by Janiss Garza
Comedian Charley Chase plays an ice cream man who gets himself into a lot of trouble when he begins a flirtation with a young lady Betty Mack who is baby-sitting her sister's mean-spirited little boy. The brat is left in Charley's care when the girl has to go to the drugstore, and he torments Charley mercilessly. So he takes his charge by the hand and goes in search of his aunt, who panics when she returns home and finds them missing. She finally tracks them down, but not before Charley encounters an overzealous cop. The picture ends with the hapless ice cream man being pursued by several dozen policemen whose ineptitude rivals that of the Keystone Kops.
