Synopsis by Clare Perez-Izaguirre Lopez
Written and directed by Felix Randau, this historic drama follows the plight of a Neolithic clan, existing over 5300 years ago. After setting up camp, the clan’s leader Kelab (Jürgen Vogel) goes hunting. But while he is away, the camp is attacked, their holy shrine Tineka is taken and some of the tribe are murdered, including Kelab’s wife and child. Out for vengeance, Kelab sets off on a profound and solitary journey testing his character, survival skills, and will to carry on. Inspired by the natural mummy remains of Ötzi The Iceman, who was murdered in 3300 BCE.
