Agents Kelly and Scotty go undercover in a California factory town to locate and kill a fanatical terrorist known only as Edward Prince Edward. As part of the assigment, Scotty must pose as the husband of Vickie Harmon (Cicely Tyson), with whom he becomes emotionally involved. Things get even more personal when it appears that Kelly has been killed. Also in the cast are Raymond St. Jacques as Edward, Michael J. Pollard as Bernie, and Marge Redmond as Netti.
