Synopsis by Robert Firsching

Italian filmmaker Lucio Fulci directed this entry in the long-running Franco and Ciccio series of comic farces starring Franco Franchi and Ciccio Ingrassia. One of Fulci's four collaborations with the pair that year (the others were I Maniaci, I Due Evasi di Sing Sing, and 002 Agenti Segretissimi), this one casts the boys as bumbling thieves whose boss comes up with a great scam, only to have them ruin it in every conceivable manner. As a result, they are killed and somehow end up in Heaven despite their criminal past. Once the two swindlers get past the Pearly Gates, they revert to their old ways until their scurrilous behavior requires divine intervention. Margaret Lee co-stars with Riccardo Garrone and Linda Sini, and genre devotees may recognize giallo regulars Gianni Dei and Corrado Olmi in small roles. The prolific Piero Umiliani composed the score.
