Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Making its British TV bow circa 1985, the audience-participation series I Can Do That was a variation on the format popularized by the long-running Jim'll Fix It. The kiddie contestants were given the opportunity to try their hand at a skilled "grown-up" profession, with one such profession featured per episode. First, however, the kids had to answer a series of multiple-choice questions. First hosted by Simon O'Brien, I Can Do That remained on the air for several years, during which the emcee chores were assumed by Bruno Brookes.
