Synopsis by Perry Seibert
The documentary I Am Breathing follows 34-year-old Neil Platt as he negotiates the final months of his life, his death imminent because he suffers from Motor Neurone Disease. As his body deteriorates, he attempts to create a gift for his infant son so that when he grows up, the boy will have some understanding of who his father was.
