Synopsis by Elizabeth Smith
Master Lyon responds to the various Tae Kwon Do kicks, punches, and other offensive moves that his black belt adversary directs toward him in this program, so students can learn how they should try to respond under similar circumstances. The critical aspects of balance, flexibility, and form must be honored in order to defend oneself when confronted with an attack. Lyon carefully demonstrates a number of blocking kicks, punches, and stances that should help most students adequately repel an attacker.
