Synopsis by Hal Erickson
House (Hugh Laurie) lives to regret his rude treatment of his police-detective patient Michael Tritter (David Morse) when he winds up in jail on trumped-up charges. The vengeful Tritter suspects that House's behavior is due to substance abuse, and he won't let up on the doctor until his suspicions are confirmed. Meanwhile, a 600-pound patient named George (Pruitt Taylor Vance) suddenly awakens from a coma and demands to be released, refusing further treatment because he is tired of the staff's "fat" jokes as his expense. Looking into the matter, House discovers that George's current medical problems have nothing to do with his weight...but if not, then what IS the cause?
