After a frantic round of "rough sex" wife his wife Maria (Samantha Mathis), a man named Bob (Eddie Mills) suddenly stops breathing. Bob is rushed to the clinic, where he develops a rash and an uncontrollable itch. Foreman (Omar Epps) opines that Bob is suffering from lupus--but House (Hugh Laurie) is convinced that the patient is the victim of an attempted murder. Meanwhile, a Wall Street trader (Peter Birkenhead) suffering from herpes insists that he hasn't been cheating on his wife (Stephanie Erb), and she insists she hasn't been cheating on him; which one is telling the truth (assuming that either of them actually is)? And though House is being driven slowly mad by his new roommate Wilson (Robert Sean Leonard), he's forced to admit that the man is an excellent cook!
