Ruth McGinnis is the aerobic exerciser trainer to the stars. Fitness lovers with a taste for country & western music can change pace and combine the two. These songs are upbeat and fun. While the level may be beginner/intermediate it's sure to get the heart rate up and make viewers sweat. Ruth is easy to follow, and her cueing is on target. The country music and step routines are fun to listen to and challenging enough to perform. The warm-up is around 11 minutes and quite thorough, and the cool-down is eight minutes.
