Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Produced in 1978 and broadcast over Britain's ITV network in 1979, the weekly half-hour kiddie show Horse in the House was all about a pair of spoiled rich kids and their pet horse Orbit. Demanding that their daddy buy them Porsche 911s, the kids are appalled to discover that, in exchange, their beloved Orbit has been sold to an oil-rich sheik. Disguising a faithful family servant as Orbit, the youngsters hide the horse in their own home, with the expected comic complications (including at least one questionable-taste "defecation" gag). The cast list for the six-episode Horse in the House is presently unavailable, though it is known that Robert Addie was one of the regulars.
