Synopsis by Clarke Fountain
Boris has just spent five years in prison for reasons which never emerge over the course of this film. He returns to the apartment he shares with his son Matthew to discover that the chronically unemployed lad has turned it into a home recording studio. Despite the fact that this entrepreneurial activity is supporting him, rather than applaud that fact, the dour old Leninist insists that his long-haired son drop his "frivolous" friends and activities and devote himself night and day to typing up his father's endless (and quite boring) prison memoirs. This drama is based on a well-known play by Goran Stefanovski.
