Shot in 1974 but not released until ten years later (for good reason), this horror film tells of the evil Dr. Blackwood (William Greer) who runs a sanitarium at his compound in the middle of the desert. It's not just any sanitarium, though; this one has a hunchback servant who whips the women that Dr. Blackwood keeps chained in the basement, as well as a mutant monster that the doctor keeps on the grounds.
