A guy with a frustrated girlfriend and a penchant for getting fired enters a cross-dressing competition in a bid to make some quick cash, and discovers his true calling in this gay comedy from director Ricky Reidling (who also stars). Hapless Kevin just can't seem to hold down a job for more than a few weeks. Now, upon receiving his latest pink slip, his girlfriend Teresa (Julie Ann Nill) gives him a grim ultimatum - land another job in less than a week, or get used to the single life. Later, while partying with friends at a local cabaret club, Kevin catches wind of an upcoming drag competition that could make him a tidy $1,500. But for a straight guy who's never even worn a pair of high heels, the idea of showing up a room full of drag queens seems like a long-shot at best. Fortunately with a little convincing, fun-loving transvestite Celeste (Albertossy Espinoza) agree to show this shy newcomer the secrets to embracing his inner female. Meanwhile, as the competition draws near, it soon becomes apparent that Kevin has just what it takes to become the next RuPaul.
