Synopsis by Hal Erickson
A spinoff of the popular British children's series Pink Windmill, Grotbags was a vehicle for the wicked-witch puppet of the same name. In her usual abrasive fashion, Grotbags insulted and browbeat the lodgers at her rundown boarding house. She also spewed forth invective at the series' live studio audience, much to the kiddies' squealing delight. The 20-minute episodes of Grotbags were transmitted by ITV between 1991 and 1993.
